All garments are hand made and manufactured to order therefore we encourage customers to choose their sizes carefully.

All return and exchange queries must be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

If for any reason you would like to refund or exchange any product please contact david@tuskasurf.co.uk

All refunds and exchanges must be given a unique returns number issued by Tuska Surf Co.

Once a returns number has been issued you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Transfer damage will occur if you wash the garment at over 40 ° or iron over the transfer areas. We cannot replace garments that have been washed above the recommend wash temperature or if the transfer has been ironed on.

All returned products must be unused and unworn.

We recommend that you send any unwanted products by recorded or special delivery. We do not accept responsibility for products that are lost in the post and are not returned by recorded delivery.

Postage for all unwanted and returned products must be made at the customers expense.
